When you purchase a soap from Frog City Farms, you’re buying a unique, handcrafted product made with care and attention to detail. Because each bar is handmade in small batches, subtle variations in color, texture, and scent may occur from batch to batch. These differences are part of the charm and character of our natural, artisanal soaps.

We strive to represent our products accurately through photographs, but please be aware that colors may appear slightly different on various screens. Additionally, the size and shape of each soap bar may vary slightly due to the handmade process, but we ensure that all bars meet our weight and quality standards. These soaps are crafted to provide a luxurious and nourishing experience and are made to be enjoyed for many weeks.

Shipping
All ready-to-ship orders are processed and mailed within 2-3 business days via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns
We want you to love your Frog City Farms purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to issue a refund in the form of store credit upon the return of the item(s). Customers are responsible for returning items in their original condition, including the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition, we will issue store credit for the full purchase amount, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that we cannot issue a refund or store credit until the item has been received and inspected. We are also not responsible for lost return packages or packages mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us here.

Care Instructions
Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain their freshness and longevity. To extend the life of your soap, we recommend using a well-draining soap dish and allowing the soap to dry between uses. This prevents the bar from becoming soft and helps it last longer.
