Wholesale or Consignment
We currently offer both wholesale and consignment options for our handmade soap products. If you're interested in stocking Frog City Farms soaps on a consignment basis, please contact us for more information. We are happy to discuss which option best suits your store’s needs and how we can frequently restock our products for your customers.

Minimum Order Value
The minimum wholesale order is a quantity of 20 bars per product. This ensures that you have an adequate stock to meet customer demand and that we can offer you competitive pricing.

Location/Availability
Our wholesale program is available to brick-and-mortar stores within the United States. The goal of this program is to partner with retailers who intend to sell Frog City Farms products to their customers. Wholesale purchases are not intended for personal use, and we reserve the right to refuse orders that don’t align with this policy.
Please note that our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, often made to order. Because of this, the turnaround time for wholesale orders is typically 4-6 weeks. This time frame may vary based on order volume and holidays. We do not accept rush orders, as the quality of our handmade products is our top priority.

Delivery
We offer local delivery within 30 miles of Williamsport, PA, and can ship to other areas within the U.S. Shipping costs will be added to the buyer’s invoice and are calculated based on the size and weight of the order.

Returns/Cancellations
All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. The retailer acknowledges that Frog City Farms cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products once they are in the retail location or after purchase by a customer. Our soaps, while durable, are handmade and should be handled with care.

In the event that damage occurs during the shipping process, it must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please email us with detailed photos of the packaging and the damaged products. Do not dispose of the packaging or the products until we have resolved the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that involves a replacement or a credit.
